Roll & Pour Operation
The roll and pour function allows the truck to move forward with the PTO engaged. This is useful while doing curb and utility jobs, where the truck needs to move along a path at a slow speed and dispense product. For the roll and pour function to work the truck must be equipped with an Allison automatic transmission and the ECM must be properly programmed.
Aggregate Calibration
The aggregate used in concrete production must be calibrated to ensure quality of mix. Cemen Tech volumetric concrete mixers make it easy for you to make the aggregate calibrations needed to pour with success each time. Check out this video which explains step-by-step the process of calibrating sand, stone, and cement.
Water Calibration
To mix top-quality concrete, all materials should be calibrated, especially water. Too much or too little water can decrease the strength and effectiveness of concrete. Our volumetric concrete mixers are equipped with user-friendly calibration prompts to set you up to pour with success.
Admix Calibration
Some projects require enhancements to the concrete materials for strength or durability. To input the proper amount of admix, it’s essential to calibrate the truck to get the best results. Check out the step-by-step video showing how to calibrate your admix systems for your next job!
Controls Review
The C60 comes with a state-of-the-art electronic control panel. This allows an operator in the field to track when a unit was in operation, how much concrete was poured, and the admixture used for each job. Take some time to watch the controls review video to familiarize yourself with the control panel.
