Human Resources Director

Matt Puffer leads the Human Resources and Safety departments at Cemen Tech. In this role, he oversees all talent acquisition, employee relations, benefits administration, performance management, compliance, and workplace safety initiatives. Matt works closely with leaders across the organization to foster a positive workplace culture, drive employee development, and maintain a safe, compliant work environment. He brings over 25 years of experience across the manufacturing, construction, and service industries and holds a bachelor’s degree from Simpson College.
