$146K Raised for Fallen Construction Workers at 4th Annual Construction Angels Golf Outing

Indianola, Iowa — September 2, 2026 — Earlier this month, industry professionals gathered at The Legacy Golf Club in Norwalk, Iowa, for the fourth annual Construction Angels Golf Outing, raising an impressive $146,305.05 to benefit Construction Angels. The national nonprofit provides critical support to families who have lost loved ones in construction-related accidents.

Hosted by Cemen Tech and Master Builders of Iowa, the event united contractors, suppliers, and community leaders for a meaningful day of golf, camaraderie, and charitable giving.

“The construction industry has always been built on people helping people, and this event is a powerful example of that spirit in action,” said Connor J. Deering, CEO and President of Cemen Tech. “Supporting Construction Angels aligns with our commitment to strengthening the communities we serve and providing assistance to families facing unexpected tragedy. We are thankful for the overwhelming support from participants, sponsors, and volunteers, and for Master Builders of Iowa’s steadfast partnership over the years.”

Over the past three years, the outing has raised over $500,000 for the organization. Next year’s date will be announced soon.
