Tiffany Tremmel joined our team in March 2025 as Human Resources Director, bringing with her two decades of HR experience within the manufacturing sector, most recently serving as Group Director, HR at McWane, Inc. Tiffany holds PHR, SHRM-CP, and HR Management certifications, complemented by a BA in Communications from Iowa State University and a Masters of Business Leadership from William Penn University. Her expertise spans several HR functions, including recruitment, talent management, onboarding, total rewards, succession planning, and strategic workforce planning, alongside a strong focus on OSHA and safety initiatives. Tiffany excels as a strategic business partner, spearheading HR strategy and cultural transformation, and collaborating with executive teams to drive organizational development and employee engagement. In her current role, she is dedicated to developing and implementing HR policies and programs that align with our company’s strategic goals and legal requirements, while also leading vital change management initiatives.
