Classroom Training
Whether you own one mixer or a full fleet, our classroom training provides a solid foundation to help you maximize your investment. It’s a perfect prerequisite to the initial start-up training or refresher for any seasoned operator, giving your team a deeper understanding of the equipment and how to troubleshoot issues in the field.
- C60 Maintenance & Repair Class: Learn the ins and outs of preventative maintenance, replacing wear components, and tackling major overhauls.
- C60 Operators & Preventative Maintenance: Perfect for new or seasoned operators, this class focuses on accurate calibrations, test pours, mix design, software, and daily operations, with a focus on wear item maintenance.
- VMMB Volumetric Mixer Operator Certification: This course covers the VMMB workbook in a classroom setting, followed by a test to earn your national VMMB certification.
- M&I Operations & Preventative Maintenance: This class covers AP1 and AP2 counters, Excel mix designs, and calibration, followed by a hands-on test pour. It also includes daily, weekly, monthly, and annual maintenance for the M/I series mixer.

In-field Training
Need hands-on training for your volumetric mixers? Our Service Department Technicians come to your site to provide personalized, on-the-spot training. We focus on your specific needs, whether it’s advanced maintenance, DOT certifications, detailed calibrations, or custom mix designs. We’re here to help you fine-tune your equipment and processes for optimal performance right where you work.
Start-up Training
Our team will be with you for four days on-site to make sure your mixer gets off to a smooth start. This training is designed for new customers and operators, giving them an overview of the unit, how each system works, and covering basic maintenance. We’ll also help with calibrations and wrap things up with a test pour to ensure everything operates just as it should.
